Tommie Lee Francis of East St. Louis, Illinois passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Bria of Belleville in Belleville, Illinois, having attained the age of 68 years, 7 months and 22 days.
Born in Canton, Mississippi, he was the son of Joseph and Willie Francis, Nee Luckett.

Tommie was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents and three brothers, Roosevelt Francis, Robert Francis and James Francis.

Surviving are his sister, Katherine Francis of East St. Louis, Illinois, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Sunset Gardens of Memory in Millstadt, Illinois.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
