Sherial Ann Reynolds Whitton

Sherial Ann Whitton, nee Reynolds, 62 of Cahokia, Illinois passed away suddenly on Thursday July 11, 2019 at Touchette Regional Hospital in Centreville, Illinois. Born on June 4, 1957 in East St. Louis, Illinois, she was the daughter of Virginia Flynn, nee Metz of Freeburg, Illinois and the late James Reynolds.



In addition to her father, Sherial was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Whitton, Sr.



In addition to her mother, Sherial is survived by her children: Cara (Todd) Sines of Tipton, Ohio, Gerald Whitton, Jr. and Hope Reynolds of Cahokia, Illinois. Her sisters, Cathy Mahan of Granite City, Illinois and Donna Reynolds of Freeburg, Illinois. Her brothers, Marshall (Mary) Flynn of Freeburg, Illinois and Sean (Amber Strickland) Flynn of O'Fallon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Daniel and Carson Sines, Liam Whitton as well as many other relatives and beloved friends.



Sherial worked for thirteen years as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Cahokia Nursing Home caring for others. She was a very hard worker and enjoyed her work very much.



Friends may call from 4pm-7pm Tuesday July 16, 2019 at Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 7pm with the Reverend Larry Ridenour presiding.
