Sandra K. Eyman

Sandra Kay Eyman (nee, Murphy), 69 of Belleville, IL passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 25, 1956, in Springfield, IL to George and Dorothy (Gudgel) Murphy and her parents precede her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Bob Murphy, Don Murphy and Danny Murphy and her sisters: Judy Carter and Sharon.

Sandra worked as a substance abuse counselor for 30 years. She compassionately served others along their journeys toward recovery and was very dedicated to her work. She adored her grandchildren and loved being “Memaw” to them. Sandra was a loving pet mom to her dog, Sammie and her cat, Mimi. Sandra will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend of many. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Michelle Wilkerson, Justin (Abbie) Aymer and Jessica (Shaun) Meyer; her grandchildren: Christopher Wilkerson, Kodi Wilkerson and Pennie Aymer; her brother, Richard Murphy as well as extended family and countless friends.

Per her wishes, no services will be held.
