Roger D. Mahan, Sr.

Roger Dale Mahan, Sr., 69, of Marissa, IL, passed away on Tuesday August 12, 2025. He was born on June 6, 1956 in Red Bud, IL to James and Loretta (Loyd) Mahan and his parents precede him in death. He was also preceded in death by his son, Justin Fisher.

Roger grew up in Marissa, IL and later moved to Kansas City, MO. He worked for many years in property management until his retirement. In his spare time he loved fishing, hunting, cars and spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend of many.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Brenda Mahan; his children, Roger D. Mahan, Jr. and Crystal Mahan; 6 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
