Richard E. Aubuchon

Richard E. Aubuchon, 80, of Watertown, WI, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday May 24, 2025. Richard was born on February 7, 1945, in Festus, MO to Earl and Estelle (Roth) Aubuchon and his parents precede him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, James and Donald Aubuchon.

Richard grew up in Crystal City, MO. He attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He bravely served his country during the Vietnam Era, serving in the United States Army. While serving, he earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. After his military service, he worked for Brandt Equipment Co. and later Braun Manufacturing Co. until his retirement. Richard had a lifelong interest in electronics and in his spare time, he enjoyed relaxing with a good movie. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and dear friend of many.

Left to cherish his memory is his longtime girlfriend, Sharon Stark, his daughter, Denise (Craig) Stellhorn, his grandchildren: Dane Stellhorn, Lucas Stellhorn and Brooke Stellhorn in addition to extended family and many beloved friends.

Richard will be laid to rest with full military honors on Monday June 9, 2025, at 1:30pm at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
