Melissa Mae Klotz

Melissa Mae Klotz of Waterloo, Illinois passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at SSM St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri having attained the age of 32 years, 9 months and 25 days.
Born in Belleville, Illinois on October 11, 1983, she was the daughter of Joseph D. Markey and Catherine Schmierbach, nee Zink.
Melissa was a retail clerk and of the Catholic faith.

Preceding her in death besides her father - her maternal grandparents, Drucilla and Joseph Zink; her paternal grandparents, Phyllis and Thomas Markey and her uncle, Mike Markey.
Surviving are her mother, Catherine (Robert) Schmierbach of Waterloo, Illinois; her son, Joshua Thomas 'J.T.' Klotz, Jr. of Mt. Olive, Illinois; her fianc, Jason Kraleman of Valley Park, Missouri; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made to J.T.'s Trust Fund at the Bank of Belleville.
Friends may call on Monday, August 15, 2016 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Cathedral of St. Peter in Belleville, Illinois.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M.. on Monday, August 15, 2016 at the Cathedral of St. Peter in Belleville, Illinois with Monsignor John T. Myler officiating. Interment will follow immediately at Green Mount Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
