Margaret J. Dawdy

Margaret J. Dawdy of St. Louis passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Green Park Nursing Home in St. Louis having attained the age of 91 years, 1 month and 20 days.
Born in Hoxie, Arkansas on October 5, 1918, she was the daughter of James M. and Myrtle V., nee Hall, St. John. She married Raymond G. Dawdy on August 30, 1940 and he preceded her in death.

Preceding her in death besides her husband and parents were a brother, James St. John, who lost his life in World War II.

Surviving are her children, James (Bonnie) Dawdy of Fort Collins, Colorado and Janet (Armin Glanz) Lashley of St. Charles, Missouri; three grandchildren, Lori Browning, Sarah Delsine and Michael Dawdy and four great-grandchildren, Connor Browning, Blake Browning, Liam Delsine and Graham Delsine.
All services will be private. Southern Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
