Lori Ann Forker

Lori Ann Forker, nee Davidson, 62, of New Athens, IL passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday January 27, 2026. Lori was born on November 1, 1963, in Belleville, IL to William and Arlys (Heinz) Davidson and her parents precede her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Paula Cowart.

Lori grew up in Belleville, Illinois. A spitfire with a unique style and an artist spirit, who loved rock n’ roll and animals. She became co-owner of HLA Music Agency and did makeup and fashion for a multitude of different artists and band members. She traveled the world, but her favorite places were Hawaii and Santorini Greece. She was married for 34 years and has 2 daughters. Lori was a one-of-a-kind woman who is finally at peace.

Left to cherish her memory is the love of her life, Randy Forker; her children: Misty Cantley and Taylor Forker; her sisters, Rene (Leonard) Middendorff and Cindy Davis as well as extended family and countless friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday February 7, 2026, from 12:00pm-4:00pm at Hoffen Funeral Home, 220 W. Washington St., Millstadt, IL 62260. Funeral services will follow at 4:00pm with Rev. Larry Ridenour presiding.
