Judy A. Bivins, of Dupo, Illinois, died on December 25, 2015, at her residence. Judy had attained the age of 76 years, 2 months, and 2 days.

Judy was born on October 23, 1941, in East Saint Louis, Illinois, the daughter of Edward and Leora, nee Bertram, Vogt. On May 30, 1963, she married the love of her life, Terry Dean Bivins.

Judy worked most of her life as a personal care provider.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Judy is survived by her children, Jennifer (fiancee, Robert Stumpf, Jr.) Melican, of Waterloo, IL, Jesse (Jenny) Pinnion, of Waterloo, IL., and Trent Bivina, of East Carondelet, IL.; her brother James (Geraldine) Vogt, Columbia, Il.; her sister, Carol Huebner, of Columbia, Il.; grandchildren Jakob Bivins, JessicaBivins, Henry Bivins, Shelby Bivins, Charles Bivins, Payton Bivins, Mackenzie Melican, Kellyn Melican, Josie Stumpf, Aiden Pinnion, Alexia Pinnion, Austin Stumpf, and Kelset Stumpf, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

At Judy's request all services were private.
