Joseph Michael Tyson, of Millstadt, Illinois, entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Saint Louis University Hospital at the age of 33 years, 7 months, and 20 days. Joe was born in Centreville, Illinois on September 12, 1981, the son of Patrick Michael Tyson and Elizabeth Ann Fleming.

He married the former Lisa Lector on March 18, 2006, in Shiloh, Illinois.

Joe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Grant, Billy Tyson, and Shirley Boone.

He is survived by his mother, father, wife, grandmother, Patricia James, Mother and father-in-law, Greg and Ruth Lector, of Collinsville, Illinois; his children, Austin Meyer, of Vandalia, Illinois, Alyssia Ogle, of Mascoutah, Illinois, Ely Bowers, of Alton, Ilinois, Patricia Tyson, of Collinsville, Illinois, and Stormy Tyson, of Collinsville, Illinois; one sister, Tabitha (John) Walster, of East Carondelet, Illinois; one nephew, Connor Walster, aunts, uncles, and many friends.

Visitation: Friends may gather on Monday, May 11, 2015, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the Creason Funeral Home.

Memorial Service: A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2015, at 7:00P.M. at the funeral home.
