Jerry G. Boren II

Jerry Gene Boren II, 53, of Belleville, IL passed away on Wednesday December 24, 2025. Jerry was born on October 25, 1972, to Jerry and Christina (Rayfield) Boren, Sr. and his parents precede him in death.

Jerry grew up in Cahokia, IL and graduated from Cahokia High School. Jerry was a talented songwriter and musician throughout his life. He was a member of many area bands, most notably Meramec Bottom. In his free time, Jerry loved listening to music, watching true crime shows, fishing, spending time outdoors and grilling good food with his family. Jerry was a talented tattooist and artist very good with art. In his free time he made sure to have all of us kids tattooed on his body. Jerry will be remembered as a loving and devoted father, grandfather and dear friend of many. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Tyler (Mallory) Boren, Arek Boren (fiance Elizabeth Dunstone), Gabrielle Boren, Kaleigh Salvati, Presley Boren and Adalyn Boren; his grandchildren: Eli Shields, Kaydence Boren, Amelia Scott and Noah Lautz in addition to extended family and countless friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday January 11, 2026, from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Hoffen Funeral Home, 220 W. Washington St. Millstadt, IL. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral home with Rev. Larry Ridenour, presiding.
