James E. Jenkins

James Edward Jenkins, 66, of Red Bud, IL passed away peacefully on Thursday June 4, 2026. He was born on September 19, 1959, in St. Louis, MO to Robert L. and Helen (Mitchell) Jenkins and his parents precede him in death.

James grew up in Cuba, Missouri. He loved fishing, camping, and BBQing in his spare time. He worked professionally as a truck driver. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Debra (Gary) Sitzes; his nephew, Joe Sitzes and his great-nephews, Jimmy Peters and Gary Peters.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time.
