Irene Marie Reed

Irene Marie Reed, 91, of Belleville, Illinois, died on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Belleville Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 19, 1926, in Alton, Illinois, the daughter of Edward and Lillie McKenzie.

Irene was a full-time mother and wife.

She was preceded in death by her parents, the love of her live and husband, William Reed, her siblings, Lawrence, Edward, Estil, Harold, and Shirley.

Surviving are her children, Arthur Reed, OFallon, Illinois, Arnold Frank Reed, Belleville, Illinois, Francis James (Heavenly) Reed, Belleville, Illinois, William (Dawn) Reed Jr., Belleville, Illinois, Wesley (Richard Eichacker) Reed, Belleville, Illinois, Darryl Reed, OFallon, Illinois, Tina (Scott) Clover, Roxanna, Illinois, grandchildren, Thomas, Candance, Steven, Jack, Christopher, Francis Jr., Gabriel, Billy, Emily, Mary, James, Charles, William III, Dillan, Paige, Jeremy, Heather, Bradley, Jennifer, Alicia, Linda, Stanley, and Kathy; great grandchildren, Logan, Caine, Abigail, Jewlz, Billie, Jeanne, Anna, Mark, Cage, Lijana, Skye, Rylan, and Arianna, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Memorials may be given to the family and will be received by the funeral home.

A Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, st 4:30 PM at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois. Immediately following the graveside service a Memorial Gathering will be held at 4 North 42nd Street, Belleville, Illinois.
