Herbert Marshall Dugan, 92, of St. Charles, MO passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Lewis and Clark Gardens. Herbert was born in Charleston, MO on June 30, 1929 to Henry “Lee” and Clara, nee Robinson, Dugan. Herbert was a family man, first and foremost, he took care of everyone and loved nothing more than to spend time with his loved ones. He also enjoyed films of all kinds—comedies, war movies, action, and adventure—and was happy to loan out his collection to family and friends. When his health allowed it, he loved to spend time outside, fishing and hunting. Herbert proudly served his country in the Navy and later, as a Sergeant of the United States Air Force, where he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and a Good Conduct Medal.

Surviving are his daughters, Margo Dugan and Karen Marshall, grandchildren, Chad (Tabitha) Carter, Shawn (Michelle “Shelly”) Carter, Eric Dugan, and great-grandchildren Drewan Carter, Lailah Carter, and Chad Carter II.
