Darrell Eugene Spriggs, Sr.

Darrell Eugene Spriggs, Sr. of Dupo, Illinois passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Touchette Regional Hospital in Centreville, Illinois, having attained the age of 42 years, 1 month and 15 days.

Born in Muscatine, Iowa on December 31, 1975, he was the son of Charles and Irma Spriggs, Sr., nee Miller.

Darrell was a self-employed contract laborer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Spriggs, Sr.

Surviving are his mother, Irma Gould of Dupo, Illinois; his significant other, Diana Jenkins; his children, Darrell Spriggs, Jr. and Donna Spriggs, both of East Carondelet, Illinois; his brother, Charles (Susan) Spriggs of Middleton, Tennessee; his sister, Tabathia Stricklan of East Carondelet, Illinois; his granddaughter, Chloe Gullett of East Carondelet, Illinois, nephews, aunts, uncles, great-nieces and many friends.

All services will be private.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
