Daniel Boone Kostelac

Daniel Boone Kostelac of Millstadt, Illinois passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011 at Rosewood Care Center in Swansea, Illinois having attained the age of 83 years, 10 months and 28 days.

Born on February 26, 1927 in Kansas City, Missouri, he was the son of John and Manda, nee Tomic, Kostelac.
Mr. Kostelac was a farmer and the co-owner of Ace Grease Service.

Preceding him in death were his parents and his brothers and sisters, Michael, Sr., John, Jr., Steve, Frank, Rosemary, Mary and Joe.

Surviving are two brothers, Nick Kostelac of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Stanley Kostelac of Millstadt, Illinois, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.

Friends may call on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association and will be received at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Valhalla Gardens of Memory in Belleville, Illinois.
