Dale E. Boscoe

January 10, 1954 — September 17, 2025

Belleville, IL

Dale Edward Boscoe, “Papa” to his family, passed away peacefully on September 17th, 2025. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Susan Boscoe; his daughters Amanda Boscoe and Emily (Daniel) Chung, his beloved grandchildren Ava and Gavin Chung; his siblings Jay (Pamela) Boscoe, Carla (Marc) Reynolds, and Claudia (Paul) Magnie; and his nieces and nephews. He is preceeded in death by his sister, Nancy Stein, and his parents, Rudolph and Anna Mae Boscoe.

Born January 10th, 1954 in Denver, Colorado, Dale spent his youth and much of his life in the area. His life’s work included baker, salesman, and owning a small printer repair business, though his greatest legacy is his family and friendships. Dale never met a stranger, and he shared his warmth, sense of humor, gregarious spirit, and great hugs freely with those he loved.

We will think of him when sharing a delicious home-cooked meal with a good loaf of bread, celebrating Thanksgiving and the holidays, listening to great music loudly, whistling a tune, needing advice or directions to anywhere, taking a drive, fishing Colorado waters, and any time we hear a good story that he would have enjoyed. He is deeply loved and will be missed.

No local services will be held in Illinois. Feldman Mortuary of Denver, CO will be handling graveside services there. Details are forthcoming.
