Betty J Lovelace

Betty J. Lovelace, nee Rego, 90, of Chesterfield, MO, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 13, 2025. She was born in St. Louis, MO, on September 25, 1934, to Frank and Marjorie (Hamilton) Rego and her parents precede her in death. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Lovelace, Sr.

Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and loved the time she shared with her family. She was a devoted homemaker throughout her life and a member of the Lutheran faith. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons; Robert (Norah) Lovelace, Jr. and Michael (Sunny) Lovelace; her grandchildren; Matthew (Dawn) Lovelace, Sr. and Katherine (Brian) Rice; and her great-grandchildren: Matthew Lovelace, Jr., Genevieve Lovelace, Georgia Rice, Dallas Rice and Clyde Rice.

Betty will be laid to rest privately next to her beloved husband, Robert at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
