Vance Scott Johnson of Belleville, Illinois passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at his home.
Born in East St. Louis, Illinois, he was the son of William E. and Maybelle Johnson, Sr., nee Neiderbrock.
Mr. Johnson was a warehouseman.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his brother, Wililam Johnson, Jr. and his sister, Bonda Lucinda Johnson.
Surviving are his son, Jonathan George of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; his brother, Michael Johnson of Altamont, Florida; his sister, Linda (Bill) Suess of Waterloo, Illinois, two grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
The Creason Funeral Home in Waterloo, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
