Sandra Lee Neel

Sandra Lee Neel, 57, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on February 23, 2008 at her home. Sandra was born September 27, 1950 in St. Louis, the daughter of Ewell Edward and Betty Lou (Barton) Neel. She was a child care provider.

Left to mourn her passing are her mother, Betty Lou Neel, two brothers, Gary Neel and Mark (Karen) Neel both of St. Louis, one niece and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

According to her wishes, cremation was performed. Southern Funeral Home, 6322 South Grand was in charge of arrangements.
