Robert S. Alexander, 64, of Belleville died March 16, 2008 at the Swansea Care Center.

Born March 2, 1944 in Chicago, he was the son of Robert and Josephine Alexander. He married Kira 'Sissy' Alexander on September 29, 2006 in Belleville and she survives.

Also surviving are five children.

He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Alexander, Jr. and a sister, Juanita Shelton.
He was a member of American Legion Stookey Post # 1255 and a truck driver.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt. Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Centreville.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
