Phillip James Mooney, Jr.

Philip James Mooney, Jr. of Swansea, Illinois passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018 as the result of an accident, having attained the age of 36 years, 5 months and 11 days.
Born in Belleville, Illinois on July 23, 1981, he was the son of Philip James Mooney, Sr. and Pamela Louise Bisconti, nee Agne.
Philip was a roofer in the construction trade and a member of St. Lukes Church.
Preceding him in death were his father, Philip James Mooney, Sr.; his grandparents, Arthur W. Agne, Shirley H. Agne, James Mooney and Sophie Mooney and his brother, Jason Agne in infancy.
Surviving are his mother, Pamela Louise Bisconti of Swansea, Illinois; his brother, Darren Bisconti of Belleville, Illinois; his sister, Tascha (Allen) Mowen of Tanner, Alabama and his four nieces, Mackayla, Adreanna, Olivia and Evelyn Mowen.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene, 8201 Old St. Louis Road, Belleville, Illinois.
The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is assisting the family.
