M. Diane Otten

M. Diane Otten, nee Foster, 73 of Columbia, Illinois passed away on Tuesday April 21, 2020 at Oak Hill in Waterloo, Illinois. She was born on August 1, 1946 in East St. Louis, Illinois.

She is survived by her husband Roy (Sonny) Otten whom she was married to for 54 years. Her children, Wayne Otten, Brian Otten and Dina (Otten) Livingston. Her grandchildren; Michelle (Harley Howard) Livingston and Miles Livingston. Her sisters; Pamela (Bill) Coplin and Barbara (Mike) Fair; brothers-in-law; Clyde Branson, Marvel (Teresa Rusteberg) Otten, David (Ellen) Otten and sister-in-law, Rosalie (Allen) Kern; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Diane is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Michelle Lyn Otten; her parents John W. and Evelyn Foster, nee Unterseh; a sister Jeanette Branson, in-laws Leroy and Billea Otten; and a brother-in-law Jerry Otten.
