Jackie Ronald Smock of Centralia, Illinois departed this life on Monday, October 3, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital in Centralia having reached the age of 75 years, 5 months and 15 days.

He was born on April 18, 1936 in Roodhouse, Illinois.

Mr. Smock was a clerk for the ICG Railroad and a longtime member of the Moose Lodge.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Surviving are his children, Kimberly (Jeff) Izard of Alton, Illinois and Gregory (Angela) Smock of Bethalto, Illinois and seven grandchildren.
All services will be private. The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
