Elsie Mrazek of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Bethesda Meadows, having reached the age of 85 years, 6 months and 29 days.

Born on May 23, 1915 in St. Louis, Missouri, she was the daughter of Charles and Freida (Friederica) Dieckmann. She married Albert Kneffle and he preceded her in death in 1947. She later married Norman Mrazek and he also preceded her in death.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and her husbands were a daughter, Nancy Erb; her sisters and brothers, Daniel Dieckmann, Charles 'Carl' Dieckmann, Louis Dieckmann, Erwin 'Erb' Dieckmann and Tillie Jones.

Surviving are her daughter, Doris (Jack) Diana of DesPeres, Missouri; her son-in-law, Sonny Erb of St. Louis County; her sister, Marguerite 'Marge' (Rick) Jones of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Lynn Kays of St. Louis, Missouri, Mary (Mike) Strecker of Webster Groves, Missouri, Meleste (Ken) Warren of Sarasota, Florida, Deidre (Steve) Rombach of Wildwood, Missouri, Catherine (Peter) Brunswick of Affton, Missouri, Benedicte (Tim) Kramer of Des Peres, Missouri and Tom (Lori) Erb of Fenton, Missouri; her great-grandchildren, Jenelle (Scott) Behman of Fenton, Missouri, Heather Kays of St. Louis, Missouri, Jason Warren of Sarasota, Florida, Sean Rombach of Wildwood, Missouri, Ryan Rombach of Wildwood, Missouri, Kyle Rombach of Wildwood, Missouri, Timmy Kramer of Des Peres, Missouri, Betsy Kramer of Des Peres, Missouri, Maggie Kramer of Des Peres, Missouri; her great-great-grandson, Landin Hoyle of Fenton, Missouri, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Friends may call on Monday, December 27, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Chulick Funeral Home, 5611 South Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Monsignor James Pieper officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
