Deana Kay Diehl

Deana Kay Diehl, nee Shirk, 74, of Lenzburg, Il., died Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at Belleville Memorial Hospital. Deana was born on September 29, 1940, in Lewisburg, PA. the daughter of Myron and Dorothy Shirk, nee Stover.

She married Ronald Diehl in 1969, in Philadelphia, PA. Deana was a housewife.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Anthony Shirk, two brothers, Myron Shirk Jr. and Dennis Shirk, and a sister, Dona Ernest.

Deana is survived by her step children, Daniel Diehl, Donna La Fevre, and Dolores Seay; brothers, Timothy Shirk, of Sunbury, PA., and Roger Shirk, of Vista, CA.; a sister Laura Hower, of Vista, CA. and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at 11:15A.M. in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The Creason Funeral Home, Millstadt, Illinois, is in charge of arrangements.
